This One's For Hop

This One’s for Hop, Inc. was founded in 1999. It all started when Jon Haapajoki (Hop) passed away from a long battle with cancer, shortly after taking over the Men’s International Softball Tournament. The softball tournament began funding Camp Sertoma (at Confidence Learning Center). All of the proceeds from this tournament go to support his memorial fund. As time passed, more funds have been generated for other charitable giving. Last year the organization became a 501©3. The legacy of Hop is carried on by his entire family and community friends.
This One’s For Hop, Inc. is established to improve the quality of life for people of all ages by providing enjoyable, effectively managed and responsible programs. We are on a mission to give back to the community through training, scholarships, grants, community programs, and fundraising.
