Matthew Gaffney Memorial Scholarship

The Matthew Gaffney Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Matthew, who attended Baxter Elementary School. Matthew loved art and science and had a passion for drawing. This award goes to an alumni of Baxter Elementary School.
