Irene M. Rugloski Memorial Scholarship Fund

This scholarship will be awarded to a senior who plans to pursue a degree/certificate in the field of Special Education. The awardee must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, preferably planning to attend a 4yr program (2yr program possible), and preference will be given to a student who attended Baxter Elementary School. (If no Baxter Elementary students qualify, then this opportunity will be open to any Brainerd Public Schools graduate who fits the criteria). In addition, special preference will be given for students involved in extracurricular activities, and/or have volunteered with Special Olympics and other organizations that support individuals with special needs.
