To qualify, the applicant must respond to the following essay question as part of the general BPSF scholarship application: Please describe a time in your life that you yourself did or participated with others in trying to make the world a better place because you lived and served within it. Through service projects, leadership opportunities, and personal growth experiences, that made a positive impact in our communities and in our lives.
